These terms cover your use of the Unaligned app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
Unaligned is a readiness plan: practical steps, checklists and guides for living with AI and the scams and disruptions that come with it. It is general information, not legal, financial, medical or security advice for your situation, and not an emergency service. A check that finds no common signs of a scam doesn't prove a message is genuine. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
The readiness check, the essential steps in every area, the safe word setup, the "Is this real?" checks, the offline guides and the widget are free with no time limit. Unaligned Plus, sold monthly or yearly, adds the deeper steps, household sharing, message checks with Apple Intelligence, documents behind Face ID, a printable plan, a work report and new steps each quarter. People you invite to a shared plan don't need their own subscription, and Family Sharing covers your family group.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
The Plus features stop, but nothing you added is deleted. Your plan and progress stay, documents you saved stay readable and shareable, and a household plan you share stays in place for everyone already in it.
What you put into Unaligned is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to unaligned@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
Unaligned is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Unaligned in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
