Unaligned does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioral tracking and no third-party software development kit in the app. Nobody working on Unaligned can see what you enter.
Everything you enter is stored on your iPhone or iPad. If you have Unaligned Plus and share your household plan, a copy of the shared part travels through Apple's iCloud to the people you invite, using your own iCloud account and theirs. Nobody else can read it.
Once a day, Unaligned asks unaligned.humenhuk.com for a newer version of its steps. The request carries nothing about you. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, which, like any web server, may briefly log the network address the request came from.
Your answers to the readiness check (your country, who is in your plan, what's on your mind, the kind of work you do), which steps you have done or set aside, and your work report choices. These stay on your device.
If you add them: people's first names and roles, trusted phone numbers, your family rules and meeting places. These are the only things shared with your household, and only if you share your plan. Progress in the Family and Home areas is shared too.
Documents you add to your kit stay on your device only. They are protected so they can't be read while the device is locked, left out of iCloud and device backups, and can be locked with Face ID.
Your family safe word is never asked for, typed or stored. Unaligned only keeps the date you set one.
Messages and screenshots you check are read on your device, by Apple Intelligence where it is available, and are not kept or sent anywhere. Photos and the camera are used only when you choose a screenshot or add a document.
Unaligned is for adults. It has no accounts and no content for children.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Unaligned never sees your payment details. The app uses verified purchase records to check subscription access.
Settings in Unaligned has a "Delete all data" control that removes your plan, answers, people, numbers and documents from your device. If you shared your household plan, it also removes the shared copy you own, or takes you out of a plan someone else shared. Other people keep their own copies. Deleting the app also removes its local data.

You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by writing to unaligned@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
